Licensed customs clearance, prepared before your cargo lands

Customs delays are the most common reason cargo sits at the port. We keep clearance in-house — our licensed agents prepare your K1 and K2 declarations, classify goods under the right HS code, and sort out duties and permits while the cargo is still in transit.

That means when your shipment arrives, the paperwork is already lodged and approved, and it clears without waiting on a third-party broker's queue.

FAQ

Customs questions

What are K1 and K2 declarations?

K1 is the Malaysian customs declaration form for imported goods, and K2 is the form for exported goods. Both are lodged with Royal Malaysian Customs (JKDM) and are required to clear cargo through the port or airport.

Do I need a customs broker to import into Malaysia?

Most commercial shipments require a licensed customs agent to prepare and lodge declarations, classify goods under the correct HS code, and handle duties, SST and any permits. Using a broker avoids clearance delays and penalties from incorrect declarations.

Can you advise on import duty and SST before I ship?

Yes. Tell us the commodity and we'll classify it under the correct HS code and estimate the duty and Sales & Service Tax payable, so there are no surprises when the cargo arrives.

Do you handle restricted goods that need permits?

We apply for the relevant permits and licences where your goods require them. Let us know the commodity early so we can start any permit applications alongside the declaration.
